Shani has been practising for almost 30 years and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 1999. Shani has extensive experience in all property-related matters including house sales and purchases both freehold and leasehold, shared ownership, matrimonial transfers, remortgages, unregistered land transactions.
Shani is aware of the stress involved when buying and selling a property or business. She works extremely closely with all her clients to ensure they are guided and communicated with to ensure their expectations and timescales are achieved.
